The Rational Unified Process
What it is and How it Works
Liemur’s IRUP is an intensive one day course. The aim of this course is to describe the key principles of The Rational Unified Process (RUP) and how these may be used within an iterative software development lifecycle.
Through discussion groups, delegates will understand the key differences between traditional software development process and agile iterative development and how the RUP provides a framework that can be tailored and applied to suit an organisation’s environment.

Pre-Requisites
• No knowledge of RUP is required
• No knowledge of iterative development is required
• Exposure to a software development environment is an advantage
