Bespoke Training Programmes
Liemur has considerable experience in assisting customers with unusual staff development requirements. For example, in the Summer of 2006, one of our ‘canny’ North Eastern customers needed to overcome analyst recruitment difficulties. They asked if Liemur could cross-train office and call centre employees to fulfil their need for a range of junior analysts. – Our response was an intensive six week core skills programme, which would develop appropriate analytical thinking alongside the learning of techniques and processes:
